FAQ

I am exclusively online. This convenient format allows anyone in the state of California to work with me without the hassle of driving in SoCal traffic to make it to the office.
-
When we start working together, you will have access to your exclusive client portal. When it is time for your appointment, log into your portal and I will admit you from the virtual waiting room. I ask that you remain in a quiet, confidential location so we can do our best work together.

If this is how you prefer to meet, let’s talk more about it. In-person sessions may be offered for an additional fee.
-
Online sessions are as follows:
Initial 50-minute appointment $275
Each 50-minute follow-up is $250
Each 60-minute follow-up is $300Should you need lower-cost services, please visit: https://openpathcollective.org/

Prepare/Enrich premarital or marriage strengthening sessions are offered as a bundle: 5 sessions for $1,000 (this fee includes the cost of the Prepare/Enrich assessment; this bundle offers a total savings of $285).

I am not contracted with any insurance panels at this time. If you would like to use your insurance, please call and see if you have any “out-of-network benefits” for CPT codes 90791 (initial evaluation) & 90834 (follow-up sessions).
If you do, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for any reimbursement. A superbill is not a guarantee of reimbursement.
A good faith estimate will be provided for out-of-pocket services.

You can expect to feel heard, validated and connected. We review some logistics such as paperwork and confidentiality and then we dive right into working on discussing your presenting issue and working toward setting goals.
-
Great question! This answer is specific to each person and the presenting issue. Initially, I recommend meeting weekly until we gain comfort with one another and allow you to familiarize yourself with the process. Depending on your needs and progress you've made, we can discuss meeting less frequently.

You know, sometimes this happens. I encourage you to try 1-3 therapists until you find the right fit. Your relationship with your therapist should feel safe for you and will often influence positive outcomes in therapy. If I am not the right fit for you, I am happy to offer referrals of whom I feel would be the right fit.

I am licensed to treat people in the state of California; however, I plan to add a coaching component, which will allow me to treat anyone outside of California. Fill out the contact form if you are interested.
